How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 48-72 hours for your item to ship. Orders placed after 4 pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

I entered the wrong address on my order. Help!

We always recommend triple-checking your home address before submitting your order, but sometimes things happen. If you need your shipping address changed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off at the post office. The best option is to file a claim with your local post office. If you live in a building with multiple units, check with your neighbors or the leasing office to see if it was delivered to the wrong spot.


Please note that once your package leaves us, it’s in the care of a third-party carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, lost items, or damages during shipping.
