Payment information

 Deposits:
  A 20% deposit is required of ALL clients to secure appointments. No exceptions.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo at your final session unless your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are forfeited if you no-show for an appointment, cancel with less than 48 hours advance notice, reschedule more than twice, arrive for an appointment more than 30 minutes late, arrive for an appointment without proper ID, intoxicated or otherwise unable to be tattooed, request excessive or last minute changes to the design or concept, do not complete your tattoo within two years, or decide not to get tattooed at all. If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any new appointment(s). 

 Credit Cards: AdserTattoos allows for payment via credit card for your convenience, subject to the following terms and conditions:

A 9% credit card fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. No exceptions. Cash and debit card transactions are not subject to a surcharge. Cash payments are required if the credit card is declined by our website. 

 After-Pay: We accept Afterpay! This feature allows you to pay for your tattoo over time—no stress, no hassle. Please note that all payment plans are subject to approval by Afterpay through their website.

Tattoo Etiquette

 Cancellation:  All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment at the discretion of Adser Tattoos.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.



 Reschedules:  A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. If proper notice is given, your deposit may be applied to the new date.

Please note that if an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, your deposit will be forfeited.



 Late/Tardy: Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive 30 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment and deposit may be forfeited. In that case, you’ll need to reschedule and provide a new deposit to secure a future booking.



 Artwork: To protect the integrity of the creative process, custom tattoo designs are not emailed, texted, or sent for preview before your appointment.
Minor adjustments that stay true to the concept discussed during your consultation can be made on the day of your session.
However, significant changes—such as altering the idea, size, placement, or overall concept—cannot be made the day of your appointment. In these cases, your session will need to be rescheduled, and your original deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit may be required to secure a future date.

Adser reserves the right to respectfully decline any tattoo request that will not age well, are unethical, or falls outside of artistic scope. Adser's goal is to create tattoos that reflect both artistic integrity and long-term quality.



 Guests: You may bring one guest to accompany you during your tattoo session. Your guest must be over the age of 18. Out of respect, any disruptive or excessive guests will be asked to leave. Children/minors are not permitted at all, whatsoever, per policy. No exceptions. 



 Pets:  In accordance with County Health Department regulations, animals and pets are not permitted in the tattooing area. This policy helps maintain a clean and sterile environment. Pet hair, dander, saliva, urine, fecal matter, and other contaminants can compromise both the tattooing process and the healing of your tattoo.

Service animals are permitted in the lobby area and must not be left unattended at any time. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
